“Nai-Te”(NCC) coating is a special polymer monomer in which the nano zinc oxide is introduced to generate reaction among polymers and the monomers having reaction group will result in polymerization and produce a material. Add a cross-linking agent and use a special catalyst to heat and cure. The linking and solidification effect will appear on the surface of the metal. A web-like in-depth combination between the coating and the metal surface is onducted tightly. The moisture, oxygen, acid and alkali in the air will be isolated due to a regular distribution of molecules and the rustproof effect will be achieved. |
